As Wellington will move into alert level 2 Tuesday evening the 6th of September, our shop will be back up and running as usual from Wednesday. As Wellington moves into alert level 3 on Wednesday the 1st of September we will be open for click and collect orders placed and paid for online. We will be available between 11am and 3pm for collection and will need to know prior to pick up to ensure we can get your order ready. To comply with the government guidelines we are unable to have our shop open to the public sorry so no walk ins. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe during this time.

We are happy to say that after delays beyond our control the fish food has finally arrived. We are still working through the amount and as we do so more will be added to our website. You will notice that the way we have done the food is different this time. We are still doing some items in bulk but the majority is now in containers to ensure freshest. There is also a price increase which we apologies for and we have tried hard to keep this affordable however after nearly ten years of rising costs and no price increases it has become unavoidable. Thank you for your understanding.

We have reviewed our opening hours and have made some changes which will come into effect the week beginning 14th June 2021

Our new opening hours are:
Monday 10am - 2pm
Tuesday 10am - 5pm
Wednesday 8am - 5pm
Thursday 10am - 5pm
Friday 10am - 4pm
Saturday 9am - 4pm
Sunday - CLOSED

We have 3 suppliers and their lists come out the end of each week. We usually place orders for them to be delivered to us on Wednesdays as we are open 8am - 5pm. The fish we have listed on our website are only a select few we have in store. We have many, many others it is just too hard to keep the website up to date as these move fast.

We are happy to say that the container load FULL of our fish food is locked and loaded and on it's way to us. We are hoping it will be with us the beginning of June. Thank you for your patience 😊

As you would have seen, we are out of stock of our flakes, wafers, tablets and most of the pellet fish foods online. We have a very small supply of flakes and pellets left in store. This year has been extremely busy for us and this all sold out much quicker than we ever imagined. A new order has been placed and is almost finished being made however we are now playing the waiting game with shipping so it is still a wee way away sorry. We will keep you updated as best we can. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

It's a long weekend for us here in Wellington so there will be no shipping on Monday the 25th of January sorry however our shop will remain open, 11am - 2pm if you need anything or want to come and say hi. We are also open Saturday 8am - 4pm 😊

Today we have been busy unloading 18 pellets worth of stock, some returning some new. We are happy to say the that air line, stainless steal valves, external filters, coloured stones and sand and 60L aquariums are all back in stock. We have some new products as well such as some new aquarium ornaments, dog crates, bird cages, pet food and water bowls. These will be added over the next few days when we get a chance.

Due to the yearly increase in shipping from Aramex Couriers, we are now unable to deliver to rural address with the $5 shipping rate sorry. I know this is a very attractive option for some buyers however we are just unable to cover this cost anymore sorry. For rural deliveries an additional $6 will be added to your cart at the checkout if your address is deemed rural. We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope you understand.

Welcome to our new and improved website. This is much easier to navigate and locate items and for us to see orders at our end.

We are able to supply sub categories and have added items to more than one category for convenience. There is also a search bar at the top right which is a great feature.

We can now offer both PayPal and Online Banking and in the process of setting up Afterpay. Another great thing about this provider is we are able to offer discount codes, special and add stock levels. We will be playing with this over the next few weeks so keep an eye out.
