As you would have seen, we are out of stock of our flakes, wafers, tablets and most of the pellet fish foods online. We have a very small supply of flakes and pellets left in store. This year has been extremely busy for us and this all sold out much quicker than we ever imagined. A new order has been placed and is almost finished being made however we are now playing the waiting game with shipping so it is still a wee way away sorry. We will keep you updated as best we can. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

It's a long weekend for us here in Wellington so there will be no shipping on Monday the 25th of January sorry however our shop will remain open, 11am - 2pm if you need anything or want to come and say hi. We are also open Saturday 8am - 4pm 😊

Today we have been busy unloading 18 pellets worth of stock, some returning some new. We are happy to say the that air line, stainless steal valves, external filters, coloured stones and sand and 60L aquariums are all back in stock. We have some new products as well such as some new aquarium ornaments, dog crates, bird cages, pet food and water bowls. These will be added over the next few days when we get a chance.

Due to the yearly increase in shipping from Aramex Couriers, we are now unable to deliver to rural address with the $5 shipping rate sorry. I know this is a very attractive option for some buyers however we are just unable to cover this cost anymore sorry. For rural deliveries an additional $6 will be added to your cart at the checkout if your address is deemed rural. We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope you understand.

Welcome to our new and improved website. This is much easier to navigate and locate items and for us to see orders at our end.

We are able to supply sub categories and have added items to more than one category for convenience. There is also a search bar at the top right which is a great feature.

We can now offer both PayPal and Online Banking and in the process of setting up Afterpay. Another great thing about this provider is we are able to offer discount codes, special and add stock levels. We will be playing with this over the next few weeks so keep an eye out.

Usual delivery is overnight business days for North Island and 2 business days for South Island with a few extra days for rural deliveries however Aramex couriers have issued a statement on their website saying "Expected Network Delays... With the shift to Alert Level 3 on Tuesday 28 April 2020, we have seen a large surge of parcels entering our network, with volumes surpassing even our busiest peak season.. Please allow an additional 4–5 working days for delivery due to to the COVID19 restrictions and volume surge. Thank you"

The couriers are still having a tough time with deliveries at this time. Hopefully with the move to level 2 today this will quieten down over the next few days and normal shipping times will resume. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
